I love this photo of Mikes Mom. Penny was a strong and petite lady. She also had Polycystic Kidney Disease. She received a transplant and lived 20 additional years thanks to her organ donor. I really enjoyed Penny and feel very fortunate to have known her. I also feel great strength when I think of her medical struggles and how she always kept going and stayed positive. She loved her family and was a very special person. I feel that this images reflects her personality so well. Confident and loving. She will be in our thoughts always and we will have her with us in spirit tomorrow. Penny knew Amy and she would be very happy for what Amy is about to do for her son. We are all so fortunate that this is happening and I am thankful for all the many wonderful friends we have and for all the great support. Thank you to you all!
